I saw your photo^^ Mole(nevus) on your cheek can be removed by simple excision. But small scar will be left.
Combined surgeries on nasal dorsum and nose tip will give great result.
Silicon implant will be used on nasal dorsum and own cartilage(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars.
