I saw your photo. Your nasal dorsum looks deviated and Double eyelid line is slightly high.
I believe revision rhinoplasty and revision eyelid surgery,transconjuctival lower eyelid fat removal will give great result.
Silicon implant will be changed on nasal dorsum. We use silicon implant(ultrasoft silicone- very soft and natural looking material) on nasal dorsum and own cartilages(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars.
Without outside skin incision, We can remove lower lid fat(through lower lid conjunctiva). Recovery is very fast.
Recovery will take about a week. All treatment will end in 1 week. So you can go home 1week after surgery. Information on the costs involved will be e-mailed to you.
