I saw your photo. . I believe combined surgeries on nasal dorsum and nose tip and fat graft on face will give great result.
We use silicon implant on nasal dorsum and own cartilages(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars.
