The First Picture is what my lips and nose look like, I don't like my lips because they're not wide and they don't have cupid bow. The second photo is what I like my lips to looke like. My nasal tip nose it pretty rounded. What is your recommendation ? How much does it cost ??

We use your own cartilages(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars.
