How are you? Thank you for visiting the website of Dream Plastic Surgery. I saw your photo. I believe combined surgeries on nasal dorsum and nose tip will give great result. We use silicon implant(ultrasoft silicone- very soft and natural looking material) on nasal dorsum and own cartilages(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars. we think double eyelid surgery can be done through buried method(non-incisional) if there are no other problems. Swelling of eyelid will be disappear slowly but you can return daily life within 1 week. Most of all, it would be best to decide on the surgery and its method after a detailed consultation and examination in person.
