I saw your photo. I believe combined surgeries on nasal dorsum and nose tip will give great result.
Silicon implant will be inserted on nasal dorsum and own cartilages(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars.
It is assumed that your overall eyelids are sagging due to age and in this case, Upper blepharoplasty is suitable, where a direct incision is made to cut out several tissues.
Recovery will take about a week. All treatment will end in 1 week. So you can go home 1week after surgery.
