Previous procedures:
After my nose surgery, I had nose thread to lift my nose bridge and Tip. However it's been 1 year already, the threads dissolved.

How my nose surgery was done and errors made:
I had nose surgery done 5 years ago where I had a closed approach - tiplasty and alar base reduction. Tiplasty was done via suturing of lateral crus method only. The suturing is deviated to the right where he made the incision and one nostril is bigger than the other. 

I suspect the asymmetry is caused by a combination of uneven alar base reduction and the suturing error sutured to the left where the endonasal area was cut - causing a "C shape" hooked nose. There is a pointier and bonier feeling on the left side of my tip while a rounder fuller feeling on the right side. 

Lastly, the doctor also made my columella lower. However, because of the inaccuracy of his suturing, I think the septum and columella starts to deviate towards the left.

What correction and look I seek:
• The only issue with my front and bottom view (in general) is asymmetry and the next issue is the supra tip break projection from side view
• Need symmetry from the bottom and front view
• The Nasofrontal angle - My nose bridge between the eyes can stay almost the same or made slightly higher 
• The supratip break is the main focal point and concern

• From side view : I prefer to have a naturally sloped nose, curved to a nice tip. I do not like a straight nose.
-> more projection is needed. The current Nasolabial angle from lips to nose can stay the same

• From front view: I like the current size and look of my nose tip so i seek minimal refinement and mostly symmetry
-> I do not wish to have a bigger tip
-> the size of my tip from front view may remain almost the same size
-> a more defined tip as you see fit. But not too pinched or skinny or bulbous
-> I would also like a really slight correction of my alars to be lifted upwards and even out the nostrils as you see fit

Basically, I'd like the same look of my nose with naturally higher projection and a more symmetrical tip and nostrils.
