I saw your photo. You have mild nasal hump. I believe combined surgeries on nasal dorsum and nose tip will give great result. We have many nose jobs for westerners.^^
We use own cartilages(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Humpectomy and tip surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars.
Operation time is about 1 hour. Recovery will take about a week. All treatment will end in 1 week. So you can go home 1week after surgery. Information on the costs involved will be e-mailed to you.
