Is breast fat graft surgery a one time operation?

Thank you for your interest in our clinic\'s micro fat graft breast enlargement surgery. Choices between breast enlargement surgeries using micro fat or fillers depend on patient\'s physical characteristics and personal preference and one can not say which is better. Both surgeries are well recognized with their advantages. Fat graft is one time surgery.
People with strong dislike toward fillers and concerns over their insufficient amount of breast soft tissues, will most likely prefer fat graft breast enlargement surgery but those with strong preference on the size of breasts and their external appearances will most likely prefer fillers. If the person inquiring can pay a visit to our clinic, through an examination of breasts and fatty tissues underneath, we can make more precise decision on how much enlargement is possible and its effectiveness. Autogenous fat graft breast enlargement surgery requires a lot of micro fat and this is mostly collected from thigh areas as much as possible. If sufficient micro fat is present in thighs, approx. 600-1200cc by suction rate is collected. After purification process, approx. 200-400cc of micro fat are grafted into both breasts. This means approx. 100-200cc of micro fat are grafted into each breast. For people with abundant amount of fat and appropriate chest tissues, we can successfully graft and settle in up-to 250cc of fat in each breast.
With micro fat graft breast enlargement surgery, there are no particular things to worry about during recovery period except to wait until they are well engrafted inside. You can feel uncomfortable for 2-3days due to acute swelling and this feeling of concern and swelling can persist up-to a week but you should be able to carry on with your daily life at ease. You should try to avoid strong pressure against breasts and generally be careful for 3 weeks after the surgery.
As autogenous fat graft breast enlargement surgery provides patients with identical feeling breasts as their natural breasts, patient satisfaction and effectiveness are superb but it has the limitation of enlargement solely based on self extracted fatty tissues. The extent of surgical enlargement through a single surgery depends on the condition of chest tissues and the fat tissues collected. We ask for patients with insufficient amount of fatty tissues to understand on our inability to produce micro fat artificially.
