Hello,
I am interested in traveling to Korea July 2015. I will be 18 then in the USA, and 19 in Korea, will I need parental consent.
I was born on May 1997, I wish to have surgery July 2015, will I be at a legal age by then?

In Korea, patients over 20 years of age can undergo surgeries without the consent of their parents but patients under 20 years of age must have parental consent. So in your case, parental consent is necessary to have the surgery done.
