Hi im looking to have rhinoplasty done with ear and septum cartilage to heighten the bridge and make my nose narrower with a defined tip and a small chin implant (preferably silicone implant). I'm wondering what is the approx cost for the procedures and information on booking and dates. Thank you.

How are you? This is Dream Plastic Surgery. We believe combined surgeries on nasal dorsum and nose tip will give great result. Silicon implant(it is not sufficient for nasal dorsum augmentation using septal cartilage alone...) will be used on nasal dorsum and own cartilage(septal and ear cartilage) will be used on nose tip to elevate them. Surgery will be done through incisions only inside nostrils to leave behind no visible scars. Chin surgery using small silicone implant is simple sugery.
